If the weather is likely to affect your ability to attend an event then we need to be informed no less the 24hours in advance. You may be given the opportunity to pay a small fee to rearrange your event date in extreme circumstances. Anyone who cancels on the day or does not show up for their event without prior warning shall not be entitled to a refund or the option of change of date.

All events are running as planned unless you are informed otherwise.
