Event Co-ordinator Internship
Job description
The positions provide an exciting opportunity to assist in the smooth administration of the outdoor events including sales and marketing.
We are looking for an outgoing individual with great organisational skills who enjoys organising events and problem solving.
Role:
- Manage the Outlook email, client chase system and all customer databases
- Responsible for customer sales enquiries identifying their requirements and sending the appropriate sales information
- Creative ideas and promotions
- Telephone sales and enquiries
- writing newsletters and blog posts
- Updating social networking site
- General office assistances
Job Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Current driving licence
- Comfortable with using social media like Twitter and Facebook.
- A dynamic, positive outgoing personality, and prepared to work hard and take responsibility.
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to own initiative as well as a team player
Education Level:
- GCSE / Scottish Standard Grade / BTEC or NVQ equivalent
- A – Level / Scottish Highers / BTEC or NVQ equivalent
- Other
