Conferencing Facilities

Here at Southern Pursuits we understand how important conferencing can be for our clients. We have found companies that come to Southern Pursuits have a variety of requirements that their day needs to include, therefore we work on an individual basis with them all to ensure that each event is bespoke to our clients needs.

We can arrange all our events to incorporate many different objectives, whether this is – providing a staff incentive, a corporate fun day out, teambuilding, training day and much more.

Many of our corporate clients require a combination of conferencing, catering and activities which can incorporate teambuilding throughout the day to achieve the perfect balance.

With this in mind we have our own converted barns and have also linked up with local recommended hotels which are only a stones throw away to bring the best in conferencing facilities. We will even provide the transport to and from the vicinity at no extra cost! Our hotels offer a range of options from smaller rooms to larger banqueting rooms which can be adapted to any style and set up. However should you just be looking to stay on site and take use of our converted country barns for your meeting then we are move then happy to change the room layout according to your needs and we can even have a screen & projector set up if needed.

Should you wish to take advantage of our facilities or the local hotels, day delegate rates range from £20pp + VAT up to £50pp + VAT or if you are on a real budget then we can even hire just the conference room for you from as little as £150 for your whole group!

The specialist conference hotels that we have teamed up with can offer all the presentation equipment you may need, catering, overnight stays, luxury dinners, and spa facilities. We can put together complete corporate weekend packages to include any of the above and can cater the day to suit your needs. We understand that no company is the same and we are happy to tailor make any event to fulfill company aims, objections and brief.
